We love food!! And we want you to love our food! This is why we go the exta mile to provide only quality cuts of meats and ingredients. The Carne Asada is made from an Angus cut Flap Meat, marinated in fresh squeezed citrus juices and our special blend of seasonings. This is not your Mama's Carne Asada! Our chicken is always black label and hand trimmed. All of our condiments like our Roasted Garlic Salsa are housemade and guaranteed to bring you back for more.

We took some of our favorite California summer meats and filled them up with LOVE. Our Bacon Wrapped Tri Tip (you're drooling) is hand trimmed, crafted and wrapped in a blanket of thick hardwood smoked bacon. And don't forget the seasonings! Grilled fresh, never frozen this Kabob is almost as delishish to watch cooking as it is to eat. At KabobAQue we love to put on a show!! Cooking for your viewing pleasure is our speciality!

Our Mission Statement
We are a husband and wife team who loves to cook. One day we decided to leave the daily grind and pursue our passion...Food! When the food truck fad went viral, we jumped at the chance to have a taste of it. One dissapointment after another and we knew we could do it better!
Our concept was simple, we wanted to bring gourmet eats to the streets! Utilizing only high quality products, we bring you the best hand crafted masterpieces you will find at any event. KabobAQue is where it all began at a quaint Farmers Market in Redlands, Ca. It wasn't long before we started branching out and finding ourselves among some of the most epic festivals and events in Southern California. We now offer several delicious menus like Rockin Teriyaki Bowls and Mi Vida Corn Loco. All featuring gluten free and Vegan options. And coporate catering too!! Book us for your next event!!
